Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply send your artwork via WhatsApp (+27 76 894 0770) or email (hi@inkify.co.za) along with your quantity requirements. We will review and send you a quote within 24 hours.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order quantity for DTF transfers. Whether you need 1 print or 1000, we can help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT (bank transfer), card payments, and cash on collection. Payment is required before production begins.
Design & Artwork
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG (preferred), PDF, AI, PSD, and most standard image formats. For best results, provide high-resolution files (300 DPI minimum).
What resolution do I need?
For best print quality, we recommend 300 DPI at the actual print size. Lower resolution may result in pixelated prints.
Can you help with design?
Yes! We offer design services including logo cleanup, custom design creation, and file preparation. Prices start from R150.
Production
What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a printing method where designs are printed onto a special film and then heat-transferred to fabric. It produces vibrant, durable, full-color prints on any fabric type.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 2-5 business days depending on order size. Rush orders may be available – contact us to discuss your deadline.
What fabrics can DTF be applied to?
DTF works on virtually any fabric including cotton, polyester, blends, and even leather and nylon. It works equally well on light and dark colors.
How durable are DTF prints?
DTF prints are very durable and can withstand 50+ washes without significant fading or cracking when cared for properly.
Delivery
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We ship to all areas in South Africa via courier. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days depending on your location.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection is available from our studio in Greyton by appointment. This is the fastest option for local customers.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on the size and weight of your order. We will include delivery options in your quote.
